Position Description The primary focus of this position will be to identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients, specifically in the underground storage solutions sector.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in engineering or business development
  • Prefer sales experience in an oil/gas EPC company, and/or;
  • Proven sales leadership experience in the underground storage solutions industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of engineering requirements pertaining to the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, meet and develop rapport with those persons within target-companies who influence project decision management
  • Maintains and develop relationships and services existing/new clients
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for proposed projects.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients/prospects
  • Respond to client's/prospect's questions and requests.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate the writing of technical papers for publishing in appropriate trade journals.
  • Ensure that Customer Relationship Management System is up to date and accurate
  • Participate in industry trade shows.
  • Preparation of sales call reports
  • Continuously maintain product and industry knowledge and interpersonal skills
