As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, building new client partnerships and opening doors to opportunity. You’ll split your time between working in the office with your recruiting team and getting out in your territory to meet clients face-to-face. Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, connecting with, and converting prospective clients in your territory.
  • Build and manage a go-to-market plan, including market intel, competitor insights, and target account strategy.
  • Deliver tailored staffing solutions that align with client needs — using our pricing, safety, and compliance frameworks.
  • Foster strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers and influencers at every level.
  • Log all sales activities and pipeline progress in HubSpot with accuracy and urgency.
  • Partner closely with our recruiting team to ensure new clients are set up for success.
  • Support seamless onboarding by capturing the right info and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Join daily team huddles to stay aligned on strategy and support.
  • Share weekly pipeline progress and performance updates with your leader.
