About The Position

HSS is currently seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our Southeastern sales team covering our Florida region. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the company's growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. This role involves market research, lead generation, relationship management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and business development targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales focused business development activities
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using Salesforce, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
