About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting and growing Samba TV's tier-1 partnerships across the industry. Ideal candidates must have an interest in television and data and possess a combination of critical thinking, business development, and partnership management skills. Candidates must also possess strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and be willing to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. There will be opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to product feedback based on partner needs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with minimum 3 years of business development, strategic sales, investment banking, or consulting experience
  • Demonstrated consultative and analytical approach with a focus on building strong client and partner relationships
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to think creatively and support the development and negotiation of complex proposals; familiarity with term sheets and legal agreements a plus
  • Experience working with customers or partners across multiple regions a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication and networking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Support and grow Samba's strategic partnerships with major tech companies, AI companies, and device manufacturers
  • Assist in negotiating business terms and conditions with tier-1 partners across key markets
  • Manage partner integrations and launches in coordination with product, engineering, and marketing teams, and serve as a liaison to communicate partner needs to internal stakeholders
  • Use a consultative approach to provide partners with insight into the ecosystem, market trends, and business opportunities
  • Develop presentations and financial analyses to support new business opportunities and maintain tracking for existing relationships
  • Support marketing initiatives, participate in industry events, and build expertise across Samba TV's data products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and growth of the partner ecosystem
