DuckWorks is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand and strengthen relationships with architectural millwork and casework manufacturers across North America. This role will work closely with the Founder and CEO, gradually taking ownership of business development, client relationships, and new opportunity generation. It’s a highly collaborative, relationship-driven position with strong autonomy, visibility, and long-term growth potential. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building trust with clients, and understands (or is eager to learn) the millwork and manufacturing environment.
