The Business Development Manager – Subterra (Western US) is responsible for identifying and developing top of funnel sales opportunities for large-diameter sewer infrastructure screening services, focusing on the IDEX Subterra pipe screening solutions. This role will build consultative relationships with key stakeholders across municipalities, utilities, cities, and engineering consulting firms to drive demand and achieve revenue growth objectives. As a strategic growth position, the Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the Senior Commercial Manager, Local Project Management staff within the IDEX Intelligent Water Team, Marketing, and Product teams within a matrixed organization. Success requires flexibility, resilience, and tenacity to introduce and grow a new professional service to municipalities, utilities, and engineering firms with a new and disruptive technology.
