We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and scale a high-performing, fully remote Business Development team. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day coaching, pipeline generation outcomes, performance management and continuous improvement across process and tooling. This role is core to executing our ABM motion. You’ll ensure BDR activities are tightly aligned to priority target accounts, verticalized initiatives and coordinated campaign efforts. You’ll translate ABM strategy into daily execution, partnering closely with our ABM manager, SR. RevOps Manager and revenue leadership to prioritize accounts, tailor outreach and own consistent engagement across the funnel.
