We're building out our US commercial presence and looking for out US-based Business Development Lead to build and own the sales pipeline for wallets, neobanks, custodians, and fintechs across North America. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships that directly drive company revenue. You'll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, with clear handoff to Product and Engineering teams for implementation. You'll work directly with the CEO and have the autonomy to define go-to-market strategies, represent Yield.xyz at industry events, and build relationships with key decision makers at tier-one institutions. This is an individual contributor role with significant autonomy, though there's potential to build and lead a team as we scale.
