About The Position

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by building relationships with real estate agents and prospective landlords to secure new property management accounts. This role focuses on creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns, leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to expand our presence in the property management industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, persuasive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and be VERY comfortable cold calling and making outbound contact with prospective referral sources and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Email/Calendar).
  • Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Reliable transportation as driving throughout the valley to various properties will be required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a charismatic and persuasive demeanor over the phone and in person.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to make quick, confident decisions and work independently once trained.

  • Manage and grow social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with daily content aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Create and manage targeted Facebook ads for niche landing pages to attract real estate agents and landlords.
  • Post engaging content on social media platforms and blog sites to enhance brand awareness.
  • Develop mini Facebook ad campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Graphic Design
  • Design company-branded print marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, brochures) for campaigns and networking events.
  • Create digital marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Draft and distribute a monthly e-newsletter to engage prospects and clients.
  • Website Development and Enhancement
  • Use WordPress to add and edit website pages, including landing pages for marketing campaigns.
  • Fix content errors and optimize existing website content for SEO and user engagement.
  • Write compelling “blurbs” and set up shortcodes for landing pages to drive conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing our existing systems, develop and implement a comprehensive marketing calendar across email, phone, text, and social media channels to engage real estate agents and prospective landlords.
  • Track all leads, interactions, and conversions in our CRM (GoHighLevel) to maintain a clear pipeline and monitor referral sources.
  • Actively network with real estate agents to encourage referrals of property management clients to our company.
  • Engage prospective landlords through targeted outreach (calls, texts, emails) to convert them into clients.
  • Attend industry networking events to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Monitor and participate in relevant Facebook groups to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
