About The Position

Business Development Manager – Projects Foster Plumbing, a Crete United Company , is a trusted commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new plumbing construction revenue across small projects and commercial construction opportunities. This is a true hunter role, focused on building new relationships, developing a healthy project pipeline, and partnering closely with operations to deliver profitable plumbing work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in plumbing, MEP, or subcontractor business development
  • Demonstrated success selling small commercial or small project construction
  • Existing relationships with Denver-area general contractors preferred
  • Strong understanding of plumbing scopes, estimating coordination, and construction sales cycles
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close profitable plumbing work
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication skills
  • CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the Denver metro area

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new plumbing project opportunities
  • Target general contractors, developers, and owners focused on commercial construction
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through proposal and close
  • Lead customer discovery conversations to understand plumbing scope, schedule, and budget
  • Partner with operations to develop competitive plumbing proposals for projects
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Maintain Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms aligned with Foster Plumbing’s plumbing capabilities
  • Represent Foster Plumbing and Crete United at job walks, pre-bid meetings, and customer meetings
  • Tenant improvements
