Clariant is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive growth of our Pharmaceutical Excipients portfolio across North America. This role is built for a commercially driven professional who combines deep pharma technical credibility with the ability to personally open doors, build trust, and advance complex opportunities in highly regulated environments. This is not a marketing strategy or sales support role. Success requires direct ownership of the business development cycle—from identifying unmet customer needs and initiating relationships to navigating long qualification timelines and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue. You will play a critical role in expanding Clariant’s footprint across the U.S. and Canada, working closely with technical, regulatory, quality, and operations teams to deliver differentiated excipient solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers.
