About The Position

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (ODM) to drive strategic growth by expanding partnerships with OEM/ODM customers across consumer electronics and emerging sectors such as AI hardware and smart devices. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting integrated manufacturing capabilities including mechanical parts, structural components, and module-level solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ODM/EMS environments, with a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales in ODM/EMS industry
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics manufacturing and supply chain
  • Experience working with OEM customers and cross-functional global teams
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle (NPI MP) and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with leading OEM/ODM companies such as Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, Huawei Technologies
  • Background in mechanical/structural components, glass, metal, or module integration
  • Experience in EMS/ODM providers (e.g., Foxconn, Luxshare, Pegatron, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI devices, AR/VR, wearables, or smart hardware
  • Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus
  • Experience selling structural parts / cosmetic parts / cover glass / housing solutions
  • Understanding of high-volume manufacturing and quality standards
  • Experience managing China + overseas manufacturing coordination(Mexico / SEA)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEM/ODM customers (consumer electronics, smart devices, AI hardware)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation RFQ/RFP quotation negotiation mass production launch
  • Collaborate with engineering, program management, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Promote company capabilities in precision manufacturing, structural components, and integrated modules
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and ensure smooth transition from development to mass production
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in ODM/EMS space
  • Achieve revenue targets and support long-term strategic partnerships
