About The Position
About the Role Natural Wireless is hiring a Boston-based Business Development Manager to expand our Property-Wide Internet platform across multifamily developments. We deliver building-wide, move-in ready Internet and community Wi-Fi solutions at no cost to ownership — partnering with developers and institutional owners to enhance resident experience and asset value.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in multifamily real estate, telecom, or infrastructure sales
- Strong Boston-area industry relationships
- Experience negotiating long-term agreements
- Strategic, relationship-driven sales mindset
Responsibilities
- Secure MDU access and bulk Internet agreements
- Target new construction and retrofit multifamily assets
- Build relationships with owners, developers, and property managers
- Negotiate long-term license and revenue-share agreements
- Drive Boston market expansion
