The Business Development Manager – Commissioning / Building Systems builds relationships across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) community to bring new projects to TSS. You’ll work directly with architects, engineers, and construction partners early in the design and pre-construction phases of major projects—helping position TSS as the trusted partner for commissioning and technical services. Success in this role comes from strong relationships, early project influence, and creating a steady pipeline of opportunities. This role is about opening doors and shaping projects early, not transactional sales. This is a field-based role with about 30–50% travel. You’ll spend your time meeting with architects, engineers, construction firms, and facility leaders involved in complex life sciences and healthcare projects. Initial growth markets include Research Triangle Park and the NY/NJ/Mid-Atlantic life sciences corridor—two of the fastest-growing regions for lab and healthcare construction.
