Our Opportunity Richelieu is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the national development and execution of the Cabinet Doors and Drawers segment across the US. The candidate reports directly to the Director of U.S. Sales. This role carries national commercial respsonsiblity for the category and leads a small, dedicated team. The Business Development Manager will drive strategy, vendor development, pricing, sales execution, and cross-fuctional alignment to build a scalable, profitable, and differentiated U.S. program.They will to take responsibility for growing our business with kitchen and bath dealers, retailers, distributors, and buying groups throughout the United States. Candidates must live on the East Coast or in the Mid-West, optimally near a major airport to facilitate frequent travel. Travel- 50-75% of the time. National travel within the US.
