About the Role: We’re looking for a high-impact BDR Manager to lead and scale a team of outbound sales developers focused on generating qualified pipeline. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives on coaching, driving outbound rigor, and partnering cross-functionally to influence revenue outcomes. You’ll play a key role in owning the outbound strategy, building best-in-class cadences, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, ABM, FMM, and CX to ensure our outbound efforts are focused, intentional, and impactful.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven record of driving pipeline generation
  • Track record of building successful BDR teams and scaling pipeline generation
  • Strong ability to build trust across GTM teams and influence without authority
  • Deep experience with outbound prospecting strategies, account-based selling, and enablement
  • Operational mindset with an ability to use data to diagnose and improve performance
  • Proven ability to coach through call reviews, dashboards, and weekly execution plans

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline and meeting goals
  • Refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing to increase engagement and conversion
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, FMM, ABM, and CX teams to ensure account alignment, messaging consistency, and a frictionless handoff experience
  • Partner with AEs & AE Leaders to drive clear expectations, pipeline coverage, and AE<>BDR accountability
  • Manage and coach a team of 6–10 BDRs, conducting weekly 1:1s, team standups, and call coaching
  • Leverage tools like Outreach, Orum, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Demandbase to maximize team productivity
  • Establish a culture of coaching, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
  • Develop individualized growth plans and support BDR career paths into AE and other roles
