About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead with a strong background in theconstruction/AEC industry to join our growing team. This founding sales role focuses on driving newbusiness opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting revenue growthin the US market. You will help define our sales motion in the US from day one. While we have existingrelationships and business, an in -person sales presence will amplify our reach. This is a hands -on rolewithin a passionate team where everyone contributes to execution and strategy. We are open toFull -time / Part -time / Contract / Freelance candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within BIM, AEC, orconstruction.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation, closing high -value deals, and long -term relationshipbuilding.
  • Strong networking capabilities with C -level executives and decision -makers.
  • Excellent communication: presentation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
  • Strategic thinking to identify opportunities and develop go -to -market strategies.
  • Familiarity with US construction market dynamics and key players.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • You’re a great communicator who enjoys building relationships and fosters eye -level discussions.
  • You’re an all -in person who isn’t scared to push, use creative outreach, and travel to clientlocations when needed Experience working with contractors, software companies, and/or developers in the US, with anunderstanding of their world.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients within construction (contractors, developers, architects,suppliers).
  • Sell Software Automation/Digitization and BIM Services aligned to client needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools and market research to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Initiate contact via calls, emails, and networking platforms.
  • Collaborate with India -based Account Executives and Sales Managers to convert qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and progress.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
