About The Position

Holganix and the American Farmer are revolutionizing the way we grow—restoring life to the soil to create healthier farms and food, delivering Thrivability for all. We have pioneered a practical, science-backed, measurement-based approach to regenerative ag that immediately boosts soil biology to help farmers reduce chemical inputs—without sacrificing yield or profit. At the heart of it all is Bio 800+, a living, breathing microbial formula packed with over 800 species of diverse, naturally occurring soil microbes. It’s like a probiotic for your soil—rebuilding structure, improving nutrient and water efficiency, and taking carbon from the air and delivering it to the plant's roots where it fuels growth, nutrient uptake, and yield. Restoring soil health across America means better crops with bigger yields, fewer chemicals, lower farm costs, stronger water retention, and less erosion. Holganix is more than a living liquid product. First, we pair Bio 800+ with Horizons — our best-in-class data intelligence program that uses soil testing, satellite imagery, and equipment-level insights to help farmers adopt regenerative practices that are scalable, verifiable, and built for long-term impact. Then, through HGX—our environmental assets division— we measure and verify the environmental outcomes farmers generate through improved soil health, creating environmental assets that companies can use to meet supply chain and carbon removal goals.
