Requirements

  • 7-10 yrs of experience in the Electronics Industry; technology, marketing, and/or business development roles.
  • BS (or advanced degree) in science / engineering or business administration.
  • US work permit.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred and highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop market and economics analysis of industry needs and trends.
  • Identify and develop collaboration and alliance opportunities (e.g.: Joint ventures, acquisitions, cooperative development, and technology licenses)
  • Structure, negotiate and implement alliance transactions to achieve Applied's objectives within acceptable risk parameters.
  • Identify issues representing opportunities or threats of strategic importance.
  • Develop and implement methodologies to achieve consensus for actions needed.
  • Develop a project plan to execute growth opportunities.
