About The Position

The Business Development Intern will support Marquee Brands’ growth initiatives across licensing, partnerships, and new revenue opportunities. This role provides hands-on exposure to brand management, market research, and strategic expansion efforts. Marquee Brands Marquee owns and manages a portfolio of established global brands across consumer products and channels from luxury goods to sports and active apparel. About the Internship The internship will be a 10-week summer internship program running from June 2nd – Aug 6th and will require the intern to be in office Mon.-Thurs. The hourly rate will be $17.00 / hr. Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong interest in brand strategy, licensing, and consumer trends
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Assist with preparing pitch decks, outreach materials, and partner presentations
  • Support analysis of licensing categories, brand expansion trends, and retailer landscapes
  • Help evaluate inbound partnership inquiries and prepare internal summaries
  • Track active deals, contracts, and partnership milestones
  • Collaborate with Brand, Legal, and Finance teams on cross-functional initiatives
