About The Position

CSS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our team in an in‑person capacity at our Washington, DC office. A successful internship will result in both tangible organizational deliverables-such as client testimonials, feedback summaries, and internal reference materials-and meaningful student learning outcomes. Interns will gain practical experience in client engagement, ethical data handling, and contributing to strategic decision-making within a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional looking to gain practical experience while working closely with an experienced team. This internship is expected to last approximately 10 weeks, though we are flexible on timing based on individual availability and organizational needs.
