About The Position

Life Space Digital is reshaping the out-of-home media landscape through the deployment of smart digital screens in high-traffic office, multifamily, and retail environments. Our platform delivers engaging content and targeted advertising directly to building occupants and visitors — from elevators and lobbies to shopping center concourses. About the Internship We are building our founding class of Business Development Interns to support expansion into new markets. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn B2B sales inside a fast-growing media and real estate technology company. You won’t be shadowing — you’ll be building pipeline, speaking with decision-makers, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This internship is ideal for competitive, coachable students interested in careers in sales, media, real estate, or entrepreneurship.

Requirements

  • Recent Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
  • Strong communicator with confidence speaking to professionals
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and high-activity environments
  • Coachable and eager to receive feedback
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience is a plus
  • Preferred Chinese language proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to property owners, operators, and management groups
  • Support lead generation and market research across target territories
  • Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases
  • Assist with cold outreach campaigns (email + phone)
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales executives
  • Track activity and performance metrics in CRM
  • Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
