Requirements

  • Confident selling Colle McVoy’s holistic offering or slices of it (PR, Media, Design)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation and writing skills for prospecting, RFPs and pitch presentations
  • Ability to connect agency superpowers with prospect business challenges
  • Someone who “plays to win” taking ownership and driving relentlessly toward success
  • An embodiment of the agency’s core values (passion, partnership, courage and integrity)
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic by nature
  • Ability to continually re-prioritize quickly and efficiently based on ever-changing agency needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of agency experience in business development, new business, or client service roles
  • Experience at creatively respected agencies, with a strong understanding of the pitch process
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic growth initiatives and developing compelling narratives
  • High proficiency in building persuasive sales and pitch presentations
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the New Business Center of Excellence, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across pursuits.
  • Lead the pitch process, guiding teams on how we best represent the agency and our ideas.
  • Create and manage RFP responses, targeted capabilities presentations, and other required review materials.
  • Partner with the CGO and Executive Sponsors to support win strategies and execute through scoping and onboarding.
  • Develop deep understanding of prospective brands and support engagement with client prospects, procurement teams, and search consultants.
  • Support new business presentations and assist in evaluating inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen agency marketing efforts and generate new business opportunities.
  • Attend networking and industry events as needed to support relationship-building and prospect development.
  • Apply emerging AI tools within new business workflows to improve efficiency, automation, and process effectiveness.
