We are seeking a growth-focused and banking-domain proficient Business Development Director (Hunter) to drive net new revenue growth and strategic expansion across Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks. This role owns quota-carrying responsibilities and will lead enterprise sales pursuits. This role will be responsible for driving pipeline origination, building relationships with senior banking executives, leading go-to-market strategies and closing large at least ($5) multi-year deals across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks. This is a senior client facing role requiring deep understanding of US banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and emerging digital, data, and AI-led transformation opportunities across retail, commercial, and corporate banking domains; with a strong stakeholder network; and a proven track record of selling technology, consulting or managed services solutions.
