We are seeking an ambitious, curious person to join the agency’s Business Development & Communications team as a Business Development Coordinator. This role will support the agency’s growth efforts and help continue to elevate Giant Spoon’s presence in the market. The Business Development & Communications team works closely with agency leadership to support both new and organic growth. As part of this team, you’ll help coordinate new business opportunities, support pitch operations, and assist in telling the holistic story of the agency. Based in New York City, this role will support the lifecycle of new business and pitch efforts, from introductory meetings through final presentations. You’ll work closely with internal teams across our integrated strategy, creative, media, and experiential departments and work with key stakeholders to help manage timelines, materials, and processes, ensuring pitches stay organized, aligned, and on track. You’ll also assist with maintaining agency-owned materials and platforms, including credentials, case studies, social media channels, newsletters, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to work across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a strong interest in business growth and storytelling. This role works in a hybrid fashion with in-office work in our NYC office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
