About The Position

Suntrup Ford Westport is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This role is responsible for responding to internet leads, handling inbound calls, and proactively generating appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

Requirements

  • Previous BDC, call center, or automotive sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound internet leads (email, phone, text, chat) in a timely manner
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, unsold traffic, and previous customers
  • Set, confirm, and manage sales appointments for the showroom team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM (calls, texts, emails)
  • Ensure all customer interactions are professional, prompt, and aligned with Suntrup standards
  • Log all communication accurately in CRM
  • Work closely with sales managers to ensure proper handoff of appointments
  • Re-engage aged leads and database opportunities
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets
