About The Position

Caring Senior Service is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a Business Development Coach to help new franchise owners launch strong and grow successfully. This is your opportunity to coach entrepreneurs, drive business results, and make a real impact in the in-home care industry. Why This Role Matters As a Business Development Coach, you’ll guide franchise owners from launch through their first 18 months of operation. You’ll help them: Achieve launch readiness and operational excellence Build early sales habits that drive profitability Implement our GreatCare® operational model for long-term success Leverage AI tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance support You’ll be a trusted advisor, mentor, and coach—helping business owners achieve measurable success while representing Caring Senior Service in the community.

Requirements

  • Experienced coaches, mentors, consultants, or business development professionals
  • Strong sales, operations, or small business experience (home care experience a plus)
  • Confident, results-driven communicator with a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed
  • Comfortable traveling to franchise offices and building relationships with business owners
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and excited by startup growth and scaling businesses

Responsibilities

  • Coach for Business Success: Guide franchise owners on launch readiness, operations, HR, and sales strategies
  • Drive Profitability: Help owners reach financial milestones and GreatCare® certification goals
  • Implement Best Practices: Support operational consistency, caregiver management, and regulatory compliance
  • Mentor & Support: Conduct structured coaching calls, on-site visits, and ongoing business guidance
  • Track & Measure Results: Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and help owners achieve targets
