Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone and virtual customer engagement skills
  • Strong sales instincts with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales-related software
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving workplace

  • Automotive dealership or BDC experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries
  • Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely and consistent follow-up
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and vehicle interests
  • Provide information on available inventory, dealership services, and current promotions
  • Highlight vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions to generate interest
  • Schedule appointments and connect customers with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with BDC team members, sales staff, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay informed on dealership inventory, promotions, and market trends
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
