About The Position

Join our growing dealership's Sales team as an enthusiastic Business Development Center Representative (BDC)! We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong knack for marketing and sales.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably VINSOULTIONS.
Professional and personable demeanor with a passion for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, verify, and distribute information from both inbound and outbound calls, focusing on inquiries related to new and pre-owned vehicles, and internet leads.
Provide general information to potential and existing customers.
Log customer details and comments in our system.
Schedule appointments and follow up with "no show" customers to ensure engagement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
Greet and assist walk-in customers, treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain ongoing contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
Ensure that potential customers are aware of any promotions.
Assist with various other tasks as needed at the dealership.
