Requirements

Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
Computer skills and ability to multi task
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
Proficient MS Office knowledge
Excellent verbal/written communication
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen and drug screen

Automotive experience is NOT required

Responsibilities

Role is heavily focused on customer service
Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
Scheduling appointments for guests
Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills in order to identify the customer’s needs
Ability to gauge tone and display empathy to insure a positive customer experience
Completing follow-up tasks on daily activities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and easily adapts to change
Ability to handle phone calls and emails for 8 hours a day (with the exception of breaks and lunches)
Meet daily individual and team goals by managing time and meeting expectations for productivity
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
