We are looking for a Business Development Associate Target total compensation ranges from $100,000 - $125,000, including a fixed annual salary of $75,000 - $85,000, a target commission of $20,000 to $29,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. About the role: Be the growth engine that brings Rokt’s AI-powered ecommerce platform to new businesses. In this role, you’ll prospect into enterprise accounts, craft compelling outreach, lead pitches, and help navigate deals from first conversation to close. Instead of waiting for leads to come to you, you’ll use AI tools and data-driven insights to identify high-potential opportunities and build a pipeline. If you’re someone who’s energized by the hunt, motivated by ambitious targets, and excited to sell a product that genuinely transforms how businesses generate revenue, this role puts you on the front line of Rokt’s growth. To get you started, you will go through a highly curated onboarding program to understand how Rokt’s products and business operates, to give you the context to have meaningful conversations with prospects from day one.) The Business Development team is responsible for: Building and qualifying pipeline (e.g., researching industries, mapping enterprise prospects, and using AI-driven insights to prioritize the highest-potential opportunities) Running deals from first touch to close (e.g., crafting outreach, leading pitches, handling objections, and negotiating terms with enterprise decision-makers) Creating partnerships that last (e.g., deeply understanding how prospects operate, showing them where Rokt fits into their growth strategy, and setting up smooth handoffs to account teams)
