Requirements

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, self-starting, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong competitive drive
Positive and professional approach to customer interactions and challenges

Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of client products and services to deliver high-value solutions
Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Capture and manage customer information to build robust client profiles
Set personal goals that align with team objectives and company growth
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building workshops
Share insights and strategies with peers to improve overall performance
Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Maintain relationships with both prospective and current customers
Report field feedback and trends to help refine sales strategies
