The CAM Collective (TCC) is a national network of best-in-class, independently operated community management companies. We partner with strong local firms to help them grow, modernize, and scale, while preserving the people, culture, and community-first values that make each company unique. We move fast, think strategically, and give individuals real impact from day one. This is an outbound origination role at the front line of TCC's acquisition strategy. You will own the full top-of-funnel: identifying business owners, building trust over time, and moving qualified opportunities to our co-founders for close. It's a high-autonomy seat for a driven, relationship-oriented professional who wants to trade a traditional sales quota for something more meaningful, and more lucrative. A typical week includes working the phones on a fresh target list, running introductory Zoom calls with owners you've been nurturing for months, and representing TCC at an industry conference to build broker and referral relationships. Every conversation is different. Every conversation matters.
