About The Position

Mid-Atlantic Finance, established in 1989, is a leading non-prime auto finance provider in the automotive industry. The company's success is driven by its technological focus and a team dedicated to delivering world-class service to clients, customers, and partners nationwide. They are seeking an Acquisitions Development Specialist who is a confident self-starter, capable of working independently, and possesses strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills, and committed to meeting deadlines. While previous call center or office experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are desired, they are not mandatory requirements. This onsite position in Clearwater, FL, offers a total compensation of $40,000 and up, comprising base salary and bonus, along with a $500 signing bonus.

Requirements

Confident self-starter who works well independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to type 45+ WPM
Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
Identify priorities and manage multiple high-priority tasks through completion
Excellent organizational skills

Able to sit at desk for prolonged periods at a time

Nice To Haves

Previous call center and or office experience is preferred
Bilingual English / Spanish is desired
Financial Services and/or Auto Industry experience helpful

Responsibilities

Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer
Contact customers to gather information, complete verifications and update records
Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed
Maintain electronic records and files, backing up completed work
Build and create Excel spreadsheets
