The team integrates business development, program management, finance, contracts, and operational stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions, manage program performance, and ensure disciplined governance across planning, execution, and reporting. The Columbia Program Office also supports market and customer analysis, partner coordination, and the development of scalable processes that improve delivery outcomes, strengthen customer relationships, and enable long-term growth. The Senior Business Development Lead is responsible for conducting complex market analysis, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying customer needs to shape growth strategy and execute high-impact business opportunities. This role provides leadership across the full business development lifecycle—including opportunity qualification, capture strategy, transaction due diligence, financial modeling, and executive-level approvals—while building strong internal and external relationships.
