About The Position

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Business Development and Strategic Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and diversification for Pioneer Industries. This role is crucial for an organization focused on social change, rehabilitation, reintegration, and redemption for justice-involved individuals. Pioneer Human Services, a nationally recognized non-profit with over 60 years of service and 35+ locations in Washington state, empowers individuals to overcome adversity. The Manager will lead sales, marketing, and customer acquisition, focusing on building client relationships, generating new business, analyzing markets, and reducing customer concentration risk. The position also involves coordinating with internal teams to achieve production and delivery goals, overseeing contracts and negotiations, and enhancing estimating and proposal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, Technology, Management, Business Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Sales, Operations, or Engineering, including contract development and negotiation.
  • Experience supporting or leading pursuits for mid- to large-scale business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to meet company-approved driving and insurability requirements.
  • Ability to travel approximately 35% domestically, with limited international travel.

  • Aerospace industry experience preferred.
