Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, Technology, Management, Business Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Sales, Operations, or Engineering, including contract development and negotiation.
  • Experience supporting or leading pursuits for mid- to large-scale business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to meet company-approved driving and insurability requirements.
  • Ability to travel approximately 35% domestically, with limited international travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Aerospace industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Development & Strategic Growth Manager drives revenue growth and diversification for Pioneer Industries by leading sales, marketing, and customer acquisition efforts.
  • This role focuses on building client relationships, generating new business, analyzing markets, and reducing customer concentration risk.
  • It also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet production and delivery goals, overseeing contracts and negotiations, and improving estimating and proposal processes.
