About The Position

This role combines account management with business development, offering the opportunity to nurture the company's established Caribbean client base while driving new sales growth. The successful candidate will manage existing accounts generating approximately $300,000 in annual revenue and expand opportunities in the Landscaping Supplies category. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
• Native or near-native English fluency with a clear, understandable accent suitable for Caribbean clients.
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems for order management and sales tracking.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, and drive to grow accounts.
• Comfortable using Teams, Outlook 365, and WhatsApp for client communication.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in wholesale distribution, hardware, or landscaping supply industries.
• Familiarity with Caribbean markets and client expectations.
• Previous remote or offshore experience managing international client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of Caribbean accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and timely order processing.
• Proactively sell Landscaping Supplies and identify cross-selling opportunities across the company's 3,000 SKU catalog.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status through ERP, Outlook, Teams, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity, and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with procurement to source and coordinate special orders or non-stock items.
• Conduct targeted outreach to new Caribbean accounts, focusing on garden centers, nurseries, and landscaping suppliers.
• Adapt communication style to suit both formal email and informal WhatsApp client interactions.
