Locally owned and operated leading disaster cleaning and restoration company in business in the Boston/ Northshore area for over 35 years seeks to hire an Account Executive to develop client relationships in commercial and insurance markets. We are seeking top performers with proven sales records. Commercial Janitorial Sales Experience a plus!!!! Requirements

  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial Janitorial Sales Experience a plus!!!!

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations
  • Build customer relationships and rapport
  • Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)
