The Mission of This Role The mission of the Account Executive is to grow new title and escrow relationships by building trust with real estate professionals and developing a consistent, high-quality pipeline. This role focuses on creating new business through proactive outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and disciplined execution...supported by coaching, structure, and clear expectations. How Success Is Measured (Scorecard) Success in this role is measured by: New customers acquired Quality pipeline development Consistency of outreach and follow-up Professional engagement in coaching and training Contribution to long-term client relationships Performance is evaluated using a combination of results and execution...not just outcomes alone.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development Build relationships with new real estate agents and partners.
  • Initiate outreach through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and support clients’ businesses.
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Management Maintain an organized pipeline using internal tools and frameworks.
  • Qualify prospects thoughtfully and progress conversations over time.
  • Balance relationship-building with proactive business development.
  • Execution & Ownership Manage activity and pipeline with accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow established outreach and follow-up processes.
  • Take ownership of personal performance and improvement.
  • Coaching & Development Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
  • Apply feedback to improve communication and effectiveness.
  • Continue developing sales skills, market knowledge, and professionalism.
