Customer skills are essential to success in this role. Training Hours & Location: Training is 100% on-site for the 1st 3-weeks of employment at our office in Amherst NY. Hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET, Monday – Friday. Location after Training: This role is Hybrid - requiring 2 days in the office each week, after training. Regular Hours: Monday - Thursday between 8:00am & 9:00pm ET Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm ET Every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm ET JOB SUMMARY Engage with business clients via phone to resolve account delinquencies and provide professional, solutions-oriented service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in handling pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical skills for research and problem solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks accurately.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients primarily by phone to help resolve account delinquencies.
- Provide courteous and effective service, offering solutions to bring accounts current.
- Handle high transaction volumes accurately and efficiently.
- Meet established production goals and deadlines.
- Manage and diffuse challenging client situations independently.
- Collaborate as part of a team and assist in training new staff as needed.
