About The Position

Provides coordinated support for the University's copier and mailing services by serving as the primary point of contact for copier operations, customer service, billing, and vendor coordination. Assists departments with equipment needs, maintains accurate records, prepares compliance and operational reports, supports mailing and postage processes, and cross trains on business systems to contribute to efficient finance and administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with some related experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the day to day operations of the University copier management program, with a focus on billing accuracy and LSU customer service support. Supports departments by responding to copier inquiries and assisting with issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. Maintains accurate records related to copier inventory, locations, billing, and service contacts. 40%
  • Assists in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to financial and operational contract compliance, under the guidance of the Manager of Finance and Administration. 20%
  • Crosstrain with the Finance and Administration Coordinators to support trouble ticket resolution and gain working knowledge of business systems used by the Finance and Administration team. 20%
  • Coordinates the issuance of control numbers for Mailing Services and assists with auditing and timely payment of weekly postage. 15%
  • Other duties as assigned 5%
