Overview: We are seeking a Business Continuity Specialist to support IPO readiness and strengthen operational resilience across critical business and technology operations. This role will focus on developing, refreshing, and implementing business continuity plans (BCPs) for in-scope applications and services managed by TechOps, including SaaS platforms that enable HUB business functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business continuity planning, risk management, and IT controls.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology operations in regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting IPO or other high-compliance readiness initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience in operational resilience, continuity enablement, or IT governance.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance and enterprise risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of BCPs for critical TechOps-managed applications and services.
  • Conduct discovery and gap analysis of existing BCPs for SOX-relevant applications and assess SaaS partner commitments for availability and recovery.
  • Refresh application inventory and continuity documentation to inform IT control and risk management decisions.
  • Partner with application owners and technical teams to prioritize and close continuity gaps.
  • Perform business impact analyses to evaluate risks associated with application downtime and develop mitigation strategies aligned with organizational risk tolerance.
  • Support alignment with IPO-readiness standards and regulatory requirements.
