A Brief Overview Reporting directly to the Business Continuity Manager, the Business Continuity program is a separate service line within Emergency Preparedness. Working closely with the program leadership team, partner organizations, technical staff, and business units to define and apply CHOP's unified business continuity management objectives. With strong communication, relationship building, technical and leadership skills, the Analyst will partner with the Business Continuity team to integrate business continuity into a cohesive strategy. They will design and implement scalable solutions that align with the CHOP system goals and effectively address business objectives and requirements in our acute, outpatient and research environments. The primary work location will be at the Philadelphia Campus, but there may be occasional work at other CHOP locations for system-wide initiatives. The Business Continuity Analyst will work with department leadership, staff, as part of the Emergency Preparedness department to operationalize and coordinate the businesses continuity program including the department level business impact analysis, business continuity planning and departmental downtime procedures. Additionally, they will work closely with Digital & Technology Services (DTS) on Disaster Recovery planning and technical contingencies.
