About The Position

• Generate new business within a designated territory. • Analyze, plan, and implement products and services tailored to client needs. • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, services, and broker practices. • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. • Manage renewal proposals and processes for existing clients. • Prepare executive summaries for client presentations. • Schedule ongoing client meetings to address questions and concerns during implementation. • Collect data to provide guidance on products, services, marketing, sales, and other business areas. • Develop lead generation strategies and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activities. • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services for assigned clients. • Attend monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching for staff.
