Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in assigned territory
  • Analyze, plan, and implement products/services addressing client needs
  • Stay updated on industry products, services, and broker trends
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Manage renewal proposals and processes for current clients
  • Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
  • Schedule ongoing client meetings during implementation
  • Collect data to guide product, marketing, sales, and business directions
  • Develop leads and use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of services for assigned clients
  • Attend monthly consulting meetings; provide training and coaching for staff
