Create all Customer Service Training documentation is ready for go live, works with the Customer Service Manager, Builder Services Manager and Trainer to provide training materials to the team that will smooth the transition from UMS to UB4. Preps this documentation for an internal content delivery site that is accessible and updatable by Customer Service Creates screen documentation for the Five9 implementation that will follow or run in tandem with the implementation of UB4. Will participate in the user role certification for UB4 making sure that the environment is ready to serve our customers upon go live. Will coordinate evidence for SOX Compliance in coordination with Dakota for the Business Controls Office.
