About The Position

Business Change Director - SIU Fraud and Abuse Hybrid 2: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Business Change Director - SIU Fraud and Abuse is responsible for supporting the SIU Fraud & Abuse Code Review and Validation (CRAV) platform by focusing on short-term and long-term end-to-end strategy development and implementation, while working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs, and plans that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. How you will make an impact Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with business stakeholders and product/digital teams to gather and document requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. Maintain open communication between IT teams and business units, ensuring that priorities, timelines, and challenges are communicated effectively to stakeholders. Facilitate solution development by translating business needs into technical specifications and advocate for process improvements through technology. Identify potential issues, project changes, and scope data, and lead efforts to identify best practices and integrate functions and processes effectively. Conduct cost/benefit analyses, design processes and systems that support business needs, and build support for business change throughout the business unit. Provide process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to initiatives and lead project prioritization and scheduling activities. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess progress and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to align with strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and knowledge of financial planning models and methodology data analytics, project management, project execution, process improvement and change management experience (strategic and execution) strongly preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge in understanding Six Sigma methodologies, particularly in process improvement, problem-solving, and statistical analysis (e.g., DMAC perspective) a Six Sigma Black Belt, is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability are highly preferred.
  • Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word are strongly preferred.
  • SQL & Tableau knowledge preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
