About The Position

Business Change Director - SIU Fraud and Abuse Hybrid 2: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Business Change Director - SIU Fraud and Abuse is responsible for supporting the SIU Fraud and Abuse Case Management platform (FACTS) by focusing on short-term and long-term end-to-end strategy development and implementation, while working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs, and plans that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and knowledge of financial planning models and methodology data analytics, project management, project execution, process improvement and change management experience (strategic and execution) strongly preferred.
• Experience and knowledge in understanding Six Sigma methodologies, particularly in process improvement, problem-solving, and statistical analysis (e.g., DMAC perspective) a Six Sigma Black Belt, is highly preferred.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability are highly preferred.
• Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties strongly preferred.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word are strongly preferred.
• SQL & Tableau knowledge preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product/digital teams to gather and document requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Maintain open communication between IT teams and business units, ensuring that priorities, timelines, and challenges are communicated effectively to stakeholders.
• Facilitate solution development by translating business needs into technical specifications and advocate for process improvements through technology.
• Identify potential issues, project changes, and scope data, and lead efforts to identify best practices and integrate functions and processes effectively.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses, design processes and systems that support business needs, and build support for business change throughout the business unit.
• Provide process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to initiatives and lead project prioritization and scheduling activities.
• Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess progress and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to align with strategic goals.
