This is a commission-based role designed for professionals seeking autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to build significant wealth through meaningful work. As a Business Broker, you will advise business owners through the sale of their companies and represent qualified buyers seeking acquisition opportunities. You will be responsible for building and managing your own client portfolio, guiding transactions from valuation through closing, and providing high-level advisory support. A key milestone is to establish a portfolio of 15 sell-side clients within 15 months. Brokers have access to over 700 active listings, a dedicated internal deal team, and a robust buyer network, enabling representation for both sellers and buyers. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position within a market-leading firm.
